Pursuant to the Decision No. 1079/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 20, 2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the issuance of Training Program according to professional title standards for university lecturers;
Pursuant to the needs of learners;
Phuong Nam Institute of Social Resource Development (Phuong Nam Institute), in collaboration with authorized training institutions, organizes a course titled “Training according to Professional Title Standards for University Lecturers” with the following details:
1. Course participants
Teaching public employees currently working at public universities and holding positions that align with the duties of university lecturers.
Individuals seeking to obtain a certificate of Training according to professional title standards for university lecturers and currently working in positions that align with the duties at universities.
2. Course overview
- Expected commencement date: October 2025
- Class schedule: After working hours (starting at 6:30 PM)
- Learning format: 100% online (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Tuition fee: 3,000,000 VND/person

3. Course content
Based on the curriculum issued in Decision No. 1079/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 20, 2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
4. Certification
Upon successful completion of the course and meeting all the required conditions, participants will receive a certificate of “Training according to professional title standards for university lecturers” issued by an authorized training institution.
The certificate is nationally recognized.
