FROM LEGAL AWARENESS TO EFFECTIVE APPLICATION: TRAINING PROGRAM CONCLUDES IN HAI PHONG

On September 10, 2026, in Hai Phong, Southern Institute of Social Resource Development (Phuong Nam Institute), in collaboration with Northern Vietnam Maritime Pilotage Company (Pilotco-North), held a training session on labor, employment and social insurance law, concluding a four-session series conducted consecutively in Da Nang, Vinh, Quang Ninh and Hai Phong.

Legal Training Aligned with Practical Business Needs

In the context of continuously updated policies and regulations on labor, employment, social insurance, and data governance, equipping officers and employees with legal knowledge has increasingly become an essential requirement for effective corporate management.

The four training sessions, held consecutively from 7 to 10 September 2026 in Da Nang, Vinh, Quang Ninh and Hai Phong, not only facilitated participation but also helped bring legal knowledge closer to the practical requirements of each unit and professional role.

At the Hai Phong training session, Pilotco-North was represented by Mr. Tran Minh Tuan, Deputy Director, and Mr. Pham Quang Giap, Deputy Director, together with heads of its specialized and professional departments, as well as other staff members.

Updating Four Key Areas of Legal Policy

The program focused on four highly practical topics, including electronic employment contracts; personal data protection laws; employment and unemployment insurance regulations; and social insurance regulations.

In addition to providing a systematic overview of essential regulations, the program placed a strong emphasis on practical situations that may arise in labor and human resources management. The training materials were developed in a visual and systematic format, organizing procedures, timelines, the responsibilities of relevant parties, and management scenarios through diagrams, matrices, and checklists. This made it easier for participants to understand, retain, and apply the knowledge in their day-to-day work.
