On the morning of September 24, 2026, Southern Institute of Social Resource Development (Phuong Nam Institute), in cooperation with Northern Maritime Pilotage One Member Limited Liability Company, held the opening ceremony for the training course on “Tax Policies, Tax Administration, and Accounting Regimes in 2026.” The two-day programme, taking place on September 24–25, 2026, aims to update participants on new policies, enhance their professional capabilities, and strengthen their ability to identify and control risks in corporate finance and accounting operations.
