PHUONG NAM INSTITUTE AND NORTHERN MARITIME PILOTAGE ONE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY CO-ORGANIZED THE TRAINING COURSE TITLED “DISSEMINATION OF LABOR, EMPLOYMENT, AND SOCIAL INSURANCE LAWS.”

On December 8, 2025, Phuong Nam Institute of Social Resource Development (Phuong Nam Institute), in collaboration with Northern Maritime Pilotage One Member Limited Liability Company, organized the training course titled “Dissemination of Labor, Employment, and Social Insurance Laws.”

The training course, conducted by Mr. Nguyen Tat Nam, Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Phuong Nam Institute, takes place over four days (from December 8 to December 11, 2025). The training course has attracted the attendance of more than 500 officers and employees at various levels of Northern Maritime Pilotage One Member Limited Liability Company across four provinces/cities: Quang Ninh, Nghe An, Da Nang City, and Hai Phong City. It was designed around three key thematic modules: (1) Labor and Wages; (2) the 2024 Social Insurance Law; and (3) the 2025 Employment Law. These modules are designed to systematize major developments in legal policies, thereby enabling participants to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the latest legal framework. They further support learners in discerning the interrelationships among regulations, applying them to human resource management, minimizing legal risks, and enhancing operational efficiency within the enterprise.
