Overview of the opening ceremony of the expert course “Applications for AI in Data Analysis”.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of:

1. Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Vy, Director of Phuong Nam Institute;

2. Prof. Nguyen Van Tuan, University of Technology Sydney (Australia);

In her opening remarks, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Vy, Director of Phuong Nam Institute, emphasized, “This course addresses how research can be conducted faster, deeper, and more effectively by transitioning from traditional approaches to a data-driven research model through AI. R excels in data storytelling: AI uncovers insights, while R enables their visualization.”

“In the era of rapid AI development, scientists must cultivate three core skills: effective use of AI tools, prompt engineering to ensure high-quality outputs, and creative thinking - an irreplaceable human capacity. Overreliance on AI risks undermining independent thinking and the appreciation of genuine intellectual contributions.” Prof. Nguyen Van Tuan shared.
