PHUONG NAM INSTITUTE ORGANIZED THE CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE TRAINING COURSE “APPLICATION OF AI IN NURSING PRACTICE”

On November 15, 2025, Phuong Nam Institute of Social Resource Development (Phuong Nam Institute) held the closing ceremony of the training course “Application of AI in Nursing Practice”.

The closing ceremony was honored by the presence of:

1. Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Vy – Director of Phuong Nam Institute;
2. Mr. Doan Hoang Duy - an expert from Duy Tan University.

The training course “Application of AI in Nursing Practice” was organized by Phuong Nam Institute with Mr. Doan Hoang Duy from Duy Tan University as an instructor. The course took place over two days (November 14 - 15, 2025) at Phuong Nam Institute in Ho Chi Minh City. The course aimed to support nursing staff in enhancing their proficiency in applying AI in nursing care, administrative tasks, and healthcare management. During the course, participants were introduced to an overview of AI in nursing and practiced using widely adopted tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. In addition, participants had the opportunity to engage in direct discussions with the lecturer through practical scenarios, thereby identifying solutions to optimize workflows, optimize document searching, and develop more effective patient care plans.

At the ceremony, Mr. Doan Hoang Duy shared, “The training program represents a foundational milestone in the integration of AI into nursing practice, thereby facilitating further advancement in professional competencies and enhancing operational effectiveness. The competencies we have shared throughout the course are anticipated to serve as valuable assets that can be readily applied in your daily practice, thereby contributing to the broader objectives of digital transformation within the healthcare sector and, more specifically, to the advancement of nursing quality.”

Delivering speech at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Vy – Director of Phuong Nam Institute express her appreciation for the instructor’s continuous support and devoted sharing. “The course attracted more than 120 participants from 46 educational, healthcare, and business organizations, etc. across provinces and cities nationwide. Despite busy schedules at the respective units, it is truly remarkable that you still made the effort to arrange your time to fully participate in this training course at the Phuong Nam Institute, whether in person or online.” shared  Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Vy.

To conclude the ceremony, the organizer presented 118 certificates to participants who successfully completed the training course. This recognition reflects the learners’ commitment, motivation, and ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practice throughout the program.
