PHUONG NAM INSTITUTE WARMLY WELCOMED THE CONSULATES FROM VARIOUS COUNTRIES FOR A VISIT AND COLLABORATION

On August 22, 2025, Phuong Nam Institute of Social Resource Development (Phuong Nam Institute) had the honor of welcoming the Consulates of Malaysia, Laos, Morocco, and Estonia for a visit and collaboration.

2. Mr. Lonphanh Phaodavanh – Consul, Consulate General of Laos in Ho Chi Minh City;
3. Mr. Doan Huu Duc – Consul, Consulate of the Kingdom of Morocco Ho Chi Minh City;
4. Mr. Do Van Muoi - Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia in Ho Chi Minh City, Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Phuong Nam Institute;

On behalf of Phuong Nam Institute, the representatives included:

1. Prof. Nguyen Van Phuoc - President of Ho Chi Minh City Union of Science and Technology Associations, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Scientific Council, Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of Phuong Nam Institute;
2. Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Vy – Director of Phuong Nam Institute;
3. Prof. Dang Van Phuoc – Honorary President of University of Health Sciences – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Former President of University of Medicine & Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City, Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Phuong Nam Institute.
4. Together with the presence of the heads of Departments and Centers, as well as members of the Scientific Advisory Board.

Reflecting a spirit of sincerity and cooperation, Prof. Nguyen Van Phuoc, on behalf of the leadership, highlighted the Institute’s key activities in recent years; Prof. Nguyen Van Phuoc conveyed his appreciation to the Consulates for their visit and the insightful discussions.

At the same time, the Consulates expressed their wish for more meaningful collaborative activities in the future that would create value for the community. Mr. Azriey Mazlan – Consul (Education), Consulate General of Malaysia, shared, “The Education Office of Malaysia, Consulate General of Malaysia in HCMC, would like to extend their sincere congratulations to Phuong Nam Institute for the remarkable efforts in reaching out globally through key programs such as the expert-led training courses such as Research Design and Scientific Publication, Data Analysis Using R, Research Methodology and Scientific Publication, Application of Evidence-Based Medicine, and Mastering Evidence-Based Medicine: Critical Appraisal and Application for healthcare professionals and university lecturers, as well as professional development programs for teachers.”
