1. Academic Requirements

Applicants must meet the following degree qualifications

• Degrees issued in Vietnam: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree awarded by a higher education institution in Vietnam;
• Foreign degrees: Degrees awarded by foreign institutions must be accompanied by a recognition certificate issued by the Vietnam National Academic Recognition Information Centre (VN-NARIC), Ministry of Education and Training (MOET);
• Applicants holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field or other suitable fields to applied Master’s program must complete the Knowledge Supplementation before applying.

2. Foreign Language Proficiency Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following foreign language proficiency requirements:

• A university degree or higher in a foreign language; or a university degree or higher where the training program is primarily conducted in a foreign language; or a university degree awarded by foreign institutions must be accompanied by a recognition certificate issued by the Vietnam National Academic Recognition Information Centre (VN-NARIC), Ministry of Education and Training (MOET).
• A foreign language diploma or certificate equivalent to Level 3 or higher according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam issued by institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training.

- 01 notarized copy of valid foreign language diploma or certificate;

- A curriculum vitae certified by the candidate's current employer or local authority (template);

- Health Certificate (stating fitness for study) issued by a general hospital or an equivalent medical center (district-level or higher).

- Notarized copies of recruitment or appointment decisions, or long-term employment contracts, to certify relevant professional work experience (if any);

- Legal documents for priority status (if any) certified by competent authorities. These documents must be submitted before the Admissions Committee officially approves the candidate list;

All the above documents must be placed in an envelope (size 32 x 26 cm), clearly labeled with the candidate's full name, address, and phone number.
