- Public employees currently working at public universities and holding positions that align with the duties of university lecturers.
- Individuals seeking to obtain a certificate of Training according to professional title standards for university lecturers and currently working in positions that align with the duties at universities.

- Expected commencement date: March 2026
- Class schedule: Saturdays, Sundays, and weekday evenings
- Learning format: 100% online
- Tuition fee: 2,500,000 VND/person

Based on the curriculum issued in Decision No. 1079/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 20, 2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
